Today, Enlighten Education ran their KYUP workshop at Barrenjoey High School.  It was an exciting, informative and engaging session. Mel, the presenter was vivacious and passionate. Her down to earth manner left the girls enthralled in her presentation. The girls gained practical, simple and effective self-defence skills and most importantly an awareness of the importance of personal safety. This workshop is a must for all teenage girls.
