An enlighten manager may need to book a 30 minute “site” visit to assess the space (this allows us to plan which props to bring etc) and run through all your requirements. This thorough preliminary visit ensures things run smoothly on the day – and that we do not need to bother you with last minute requests / questions.  This is a common step for first time bookings but not always necessary.  Whether a site visit is necessary will be determined over the phone by the enlighten manager well before the event date.
